Bike Damage Policy – Redtread Spain Ténéré Experience
In order to keep the Ténéré bikes in the best possible condition for you and the next client after you, we operate the following polices.
Please choose which policy you wish to use.
Option A Pay no insurance waiver, and you’re liable for all damage to the bike. We will take a £2000 security deposit from the credit card details given below. With this option you are liable for all damage.
Option B Pay £50 per day insurance waiver (or € equivalent), this limits your damage excess to £500 this will be taken form the card details given below if there is any damage to the bike. With this option your bill is limited to £500 with some limitations*.
*If you are riding the bike in a malicious or negligent way, or against the advice of the guides or instructors, your liability will revert to the full value of the damage.
